SAFE OPERATING PROCEDURES (SOP’s) TO
PROTECT YOU FROM COVID 19

Fleetwood is committed to your safety and carries out the following eight preventive measures to protect you from Covid 19:

MAIN FEATURES:

Permanently constructed world class sensor operated hand sanitising facilities for use by the boys entering the building and an additional hand sanitising area specifically for service providers, technicians and staff.

House-keeping staff trained by a world leading service provider with expertise in professional cleaning since 1923.

SPECIAL DISINFECTANTS USED FOR SANITISING ENTIRE BUILDING:
At Fleetwood, we use a broad spectrum environmental cleaner and disinfectant which has bactericidal, virucidal, fungicidal and mildewcidal properties, during our sanitising procedures.

PREVENTIVE MEASURE ONE:
The entire premises including inside of the building is thoroughly sanitised twice a week.

PREVENTIVE MEASURE TWO:
Sensor operated, touch-less hand wash and touchless soap dispenser for hand sanitising at the entrance to building for the boys to use (numerous scientific studies and extensive research have proven that hand washing with soap is the most effective preventive measure against Covid 19).

PREVENTIVE MEASURE THREE:
Additional, separate sensor, touch-less hand wash and touchless soap dispenser area for all service providers, technicians, security staff and house-keeping personnel to use.

PREVENTIVE MEASURE FOUR:
Temperature checks carried out for all staff prior to entry into Fleetwood. All boys joining Fleetwood will have their temperature checked prior to admitting to Fleetwood for accommodation. All visitors, attending technicians and service providers are also subjected to these checks prior to entry.

PREVENTIVE MEASURE FIVE:
All staff are subjected to pulse oximeter checks prior to coming on duty at Fleetwood. All boys joining Fleetwood will have their oxygen levels checked prior to admitting to Fleetwood for accommodation. All visitors, attending technicians and service providers are also subjected to these checks prior to entry.

PREVENTIVE MEASURE SIX:
In-house sanitising of all received couriers packages prior to entry. All boys joining Fleetwood will have their luggage sanitised prior to shifting to their respective rooms. Extra cleansing available for your use, for food packages etc.

PREVENTIVE MEASURE SEVEN:
All toilet bowls are cleaned using special chemicals (kills 99.9% of germs). All toilet seats, bathroom fittings, including all toilet walls and entire flooring are thoroughly sanitised by using special cleaning and sanitising chemicals and then scrubbed and washed clean to ensure micro organisms that thrive in the bathroom are eliminated and ensuring it is safe for use.

PREVENTIVE MEASURE EIGHT:
The entire flooring area of Fleetwood is disinfected every day with a world-class floor cleaner ensuring the flooring is 99.99% hygenic clean.
